A big gust of wind blew, and three colorful kites got their strings tangled on the town clock tower.

(Problem) The kites were stuck!

(Challenge) The clock tower was very high and very tricky. Finley had to be careful not to break the big clock hands.

(Action) With his friend, Holly the Helicopter, buzzing nearby to give directions, Finley raised his ladder. Very, very slowly, he used a special little hook on the end to untangle one string at a time. Wiggle, wiggle, free!

(Unexpected Twist) When the last kite was free, it did a happy loop-the-loop in the air, as if to say "Thank you, Finley!"

(Victory & Interaction) The kites were free to fly again! Let's fly our kites! Can you hold a pretend string and run around, letting your kite fly high?
