Coloring page story

Chloe was a fantastic builder. She could stack blocks high, high, high. Today, she wanted to build a tower to the ceiling! She stacked a blue block, a green block, a yellow block... Wibble, wobble... CRASH! The tower fell down. Chloe felt a little sad. She tried again. Blue, green, yellow... Wibble, wobble... CRASH! A tear rolled down her cheek. "I can't do it," she said. Her teacher, Mr. David, came over. He didn't fix the tower. He just said, "Hmm, tall towers are wobbly. What if we build a strong tower instead of a tall one?" Chloe looked at the blocks. She took two big red blocks and put them on the bottom. Then she built on top of them. The tower wasn't as tall, but it was wide and strong. It was a castle! It didn't fall down, and she felt so proud of her strong, wonderful castle.

Coloring page Age Appropriateness

The use of large, geometric block shapes is perfectly suited for the 3-5 age group, helping with shape recognition. The clear, uncluttered design allows children to color within the lines easily. The story's message about trying a new way to succeed is a vital lesson for kindergarten-aged children.
