He saw that the wind was stuck trying to get through a thick wall of bamboo.

Pipo pushed two bamboo stalks apart to make a little doorway. WHOOSH! The wind rushed through the opening! It flew into the forest, and all the leaves started dancing and rustling happily. Rustle, rustle, dance, dance! Pipo danced with them.
