Coloring page story
Flip was a flying fish, but he had a secret: he was afraid of the air. His friends would race towards the surface, burst out of the water, and glide on their fin-wings. "Come on, Flip! The air is amazing!" they’d call.
But Flip would always stay below. The sky looked too big, too empty.
One evening, as the sun was setting, Flip saw something magical. A tiny, blinking light was dancing just above the water—a firefly! He had never seen one so close. It glowed and twinkled, and Flip wanted to see it more than he was afraid of flying.
He took a deep breath, swam as fast as he could, and launched himself out of the water. For a second, he was terrified. But then he opened his fins and he wasn't falling—he was gliding! The wind felt cool, the sky was painted orange and purple, and the firefly danced right in front of him. He didn’t fly for long, but when he splashed back into the sea, he was a different fish. He had faced his fear and discovered a whole new, beautiful world.
