One sunny morning, all the little garden friends decided to wear their favourite sun hats.

Rosie Rabbit had a floppy straw hat with a daisy on it. Squeaky Squirrel had a tiny blue cap that fit perfectly between his ears. Daisy the Duckling even had a little bonnet tied with a ribbon.

They decided to have a Sun Hat Parade. They marched one by one across the lawn, showing off their wonderful hats. They marched past the buzzy bees and the tall sunflowers, their hats keeping the bright sun out of their eyes. It was a very important, very happy, and very shady summer parade.
