Percy the Penguin was visiting his friend the Parrot. It was much warmer than his icy home. To cool down, Parrot gave him a long, wobbly, orange popsicle.

Percy had never had a popsicle before. He held it in his flipper. It was cold and sweet. But the warm summer air was making it melt!

An orange drip slid down the stick and onto his flipper. Plip! Percy looked at the orange dot, then licked it. Mmm! Another drip slid down. Plip! He licked that one, too.

Soon he was so busy licking up the delicious orange drips that before he knew it, the whole wobbly popsicle was gone. Percy patted his happy, full tummy. Summer treats were very fun.
