Coloring page story

Pip was blowing bubbles. Big, round, rainbow bubbles. Pop! Pop! Pop! But one bubble didn't pop. It just floated. It bounced gently off a lamppost. It booped Professor Boffo on the nose. Boop!

"This bubble is made of stronger stuff!" said Professor Boffo.

They decided to give the bubble an adventure. They gently pushed it through the park, over the swings, and under the slide. The bubble wobbled with happiness. (Question: Where would you send a bubble that couldn't pop?)

The Twist: The bubble floated up to a sad, crying little bird in a nest. The bubble gently nudged the bird, and its rainbow colors made the little bird chirp with joy. The bubble wasn't a normal bubble; it was a 'cheer-up' bubble!

Coloring page Age Appropriateness

The design's simplicity and focus on a single, clear narrative make it ideal for the 3-5 age group. The large, round bubble is a satisfying shape to color. The story of helping a small animal is a simple and effective way to introduce concepts of empathy and kindness, which are important social skills for preschoolers to learn.

Coloring Page Printing Tips

Recommended Tools

Washable markers are great for making the bubble's rainbow colors bright and vibrant. For the birds and nest, colored pencils allow for more detailed coloring in smaller spaces. Using different tools for different parts of the drawing is a great learning exercise.
