A little grey cloud floated over Giggleburg, but it was too shy to rain. The flowers in the clowns' gardens were very thirsty. "Oh, please rain!" they begged.

Pip had an idea. "Maybe the cloud doesn't want to make a scary BOOM sound. Maybe it wants to make a happy sound!"

So, all the clowns got their silliest instruments. Lulu played the slide whistle. Whee-woo! Giggles shook his tummy bells. Jingle-jingle! Professor Boffo played his bicycle horn. A-OO-GAH! (Action: Let’s all make a happy rain sound together! Pitter-patter-pitter-patter!)

The little cloud heard the happy music. It started to giggle. And instead of rain, it started to sprinkle… glitter!

The Twist: It wasn't a raincloud; it was a glitter-cloud! It covered the whole town in sparkly, shimmery magic, and the thirsty flowers loved their sparkly drink.
