Coloring page story

The Dinosaur Concert was always loud. It was full of ROARS and STOMPS and BOMS. Didi the Diplodocus loved the music, but her favorite songs were quiet ones. She had a very low, gentle voice that was more of a hum than a roar. She wanted to sing in the concert, but she worried her song was too soft. "I have a song," she said shyly during practice. "It's called 'Sleepy Volcano'." Rexy snorted. "A sleepy song? Concerts are for waking up, not for going to sleep!" The other dinosaurs agreed, tapping their feet impatiently, wanting to get back to the loud music. Didi's long neck drooped. She felt very small, even though she was one of the biggest dinosaurs there. Her quiet song felt silly and out of place. Later that day, a group of little dino-tots were cranky and crying. They were overtired from all the excitement. Nothing their parents did could soothe them. Didi saw them and quietly began to hum her song. “Humm, humm, the mountain sleeps... humm, humm, the jungle deep...” Her voice was like a warm, soft blanket. One by one, the little dino-tots stopped crying, their eyes closing peacefully. The other band members saw this and were amazed. That night, right in the middle of the loud concert, they had a quiet moment. Didi hummed her lullaby, and the whole audience swayed gently. She learned that quiet songs have their own special power.
