Every time Podo the elephant ate a delicious, juicy mango, he didn’t just eat the fruit. He would swallow the big, smooth seed right along with it.

Then, Podo would go on a long walk. Stomp, stomp, stomp. He’d walk far away from the mango tree, across a big, empty field.

Later on his walk... plop! Out would come the seed onto the ground, wrapped in its very own package of fertilizer!

Twist: Podo wasn't just eating and walking. He was on a secret mission! He was a seed planter. A few weeks later, after the rains came, tiny green sprouts would pop up wherever Podo had walked. He was planting new trees for everyone to enjoy in the future. It was the best parade ever: the seed planter’s parade!
