His paw landed right in the middle of a puddle. Barnaby grumbled and pulled his paw out. But then, he saw it. Shimmering on the surface of the little puddle was a tiny, perfect rainbow, just for him. It wiggled when he touched the water. It wasn't the giant in the sky, but it was his. He could carry it in his paws if he was careful! Barnaby forgot all about being sad. He lay on his tummy, his nose just inches from the water, and whispered, "Hello, little rainbow. You didn't leave after all." He learned that sometimes, the most beautiful things can be found in the smallest, most surprising places.
